Vector Artwork
AI, EPS, and PDF files are preferred for logos, line art, and many custom applications.
Raster Images
High-resolution PSD or TIFF files may be accepted for certain applications. Minimum 600 DPI is recommended.
Fonts and Colors
Convert text to outlines or include the required fonts. Multi-color imprints may require color-separated artwork.
Glassware & Ceramics
Vector artwork is required for many glassware and ceramic applications. AI, EPS, or PDF files are preferred.
Design for Your Item
Keep important text and artwork away from edges, seams, handles, and curved surfaces. Small details may need to be simplified for the selected product and decoration method.

What file types work best?
Vector files such as AI, EPS, and PDF are preferred whenever possible. High-resolution PSD and TIFF files may also be accepted depending on the product and decoration method.
Can you use a logo from my website?
Website images are often too small for quality printing. Please send the original logo file whenever possible.
What resolution should my image be?
For raster artwork, please provide the highest-resolution original file available. A minimum resolution of 600 DPI is recommended.
Do I need to convert fonts?
Yes, converting fonts to outlines helps prevent substitutions. You can also include the font name with your artwork.
Can you adjust my artwork?
Minor production-ready adjustments may be possible. Contact us with your file and product choice for guidance.
